The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded The Rockhill Group, Inc. two contracts consisting of nineteen major United States Airports in Florida, Texas, and Puerto Rico. TRG will be providing the services of over 130 weather observer personnel who will provide augmentation and/or back up to the Automated Observing Systems, and to take manual observations as necessary. These services are so critical to aviation operations that if not available, Air Carriers (such as Delta, American, United, etc.) would not be able to operate in nor out of these nineteen airports without these TRG provided services.
