About Us

In 2004, James “Rock” Rockhill, a retired Air Force Fighter Pilot, established The Rockhill Group, Inc. (TRG) alongside his family in Gulf Breeze, Florida. What began with a few flight training contracts with the US government quickly grew into a multitude of contracts spanning various services. TRG’s stellar reputation and talented workforce paved the way for numerous contracts in areas such as flight training, courseware development, aircraft leasing, maintenance and servicing, airport services, aviation cryogenic services, air traffic control, aviation weather services, upper-air observations, and other specialized aviation fields, consistently earning the trust of the government.

Today, TRG boasts a workforce of over 300 employees, and our headquarters span an expansive 300 acres in Molino, Florida. With unwavering commitment, TRG has successfully fulfilled its promises to government customers, delivering exceptional professionalism, outstanding service, and high-quality materials to more than 30 locations across the United States and overseas.

History

TRG was founded in 2004 by James “Rock” Rockhill, a retired Air Force Fighter Pilot out of his home in Gulf Breeze, FL. The company quickly took off and expanded to smaller offices until they landed at the Corporate Headquarters in Molino, FL.
