The Rockhill Group, Inc. (TRG) is honored to support Healing Paws for Warriors by sponsoring “Rocky” (no relation to James “Rock” Rockhill) a trained Service Dog and trusted teammate for a patriot and Service-Disabled Veteran.
“Healing Paws for Warriors is dedicated to providing Post-9/11 combat veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) rescue-to-trained ADA-certified service dogs. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Healing Paws for Warriors is committed to providing our heroes the tools to live; improving veterans’ symptoms as they struggle with their conditions. We want to increase their self-esteem, allow them to lead a more productive life, and help alleviate some of their symptoms. By training rescue or shelter dogs, we allow the veteran to receive the dog at no cost. But more importantly, we’ve potentially saved two lives in the process.” (Healing Paws for Warriors Website)
