Molino, Fla. —Continued Collaboration in Support of NAVAIR
The Rockhill Group (TRG) is excited to announce an expansion of our collaboration with Textron Aviation Defense. We are supporting their Multi-Engine Training System (METS) contract with the US Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).
Textron Aviation Defense was previously awarded the NAVAIR METS contract to manufacture, integrate, and deliver up to 64 cutting-edge Beechcraft King Air 260 aircraft. The aircraft procured under this contract are intended to replace the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) fleet of T-44C Pegasus aircraft and will be designated the T-54A.
TRG is proud to support Textron Aviation Defense on this integral contract, leveraging our extensive qualifications and past performance in aviation training and support. In support of this NAVAIR contract, we provide qualified KA-260 Instructor Pilots (IPs) delivering flight instruction to Textron Aviation Defense and Navy pilots. This pilot training includes instrument, low level navigation, night, and close formation (VMC and IMC) phases of instruction.
